Meskerem 16 Pre-Primary School – Construction Update

Construction at Meskerem 16 Pre-Primary School is moving forward at an impressive pace. The site will soon feature 3 blocks housing 14 classrooms & a fully accessible latrine for learners with special needs.

So far, work has included internal & external plastering, window installation, roof covering for two of the blocks, pavement around the buildings, and door installation for two blocks. The latrine excavation, masonry, and top slab casting have also been completed.

Current activities on site include truss & roof covering for the final block, edge plastering around doors & windows, door installation for the remaining block, & hollow concrete block works for the latrine.

The next phase will focus on ceiling installation, terrazzo tile laying, access road construction, and painting.
